The media could not be loaded.  This bluetooth earpiece/wireless headset is a good value earpiece for hands-free calls which is comfortableand lightweight enough to wear for prolonged periods without it inducing that 'aching ear' sensation you've likely experienced from a lot of other earpieces.To connect the earpiece to your device, it is the same process as basically all blueooth devices; power on the earpiece by holding the multifunction button on the side of the unit; navigate to the bluetooth setting on your phone/tablet/computer, etc, tap/click on the earpiece in settings to connect, et voila; when the device and the earpiece are powered are within range, they will automatically connect connect one another.For perspective, I wear glasses, and the over-ear hook part of the earpiece is still comfortable enough even with my glasses and the earpiece fighting over space behind my ear. Because the weight of the earpiece is ON the ear instead of being held IN your ear, the earpiece is lightweight enough to be worn for extended periods without causing fatigue or ear ache.

The battery life is alright, using it for 8hours a day i had to recharge it after about two weeks roughly so with this I'm quite happy. The reason for 2* is because the sound jumps really loud when music is paused and then it's very resilient/non responsive when you try to turn the volume down, even when you use the systems volume option it just keeps jumping the sounds back up and even higher than it was (almost max/max). It was hurting my ears when I was using it without noticing the change in volume.On top of that the ear piece is all plastic there are no cussions so it was really uncomfortable wearing it for extended periods in time.Overall I'm no longer happy with the headpiece.

Sick & tired of buying ear buds & everyone saying they can't hear me properly, i thought I'd give something else a go.OMG!!! I can actually have a 2 way conversation with people, who knew!!!Have no complaints at all about this item, only recommendations.

I bought this headset as it can connect to two devices at the same time, which means that I no longer need a separate headset for each of my phones. Pairing was easy and when turning the headset on (or simply removing the charging cable) it always reconnects to both phones in a few seconds.They fit a little differently to my other headsets, resting on the outer part of the ear rather than wedged into your ear canal. When worn like this they are reasonably comfortable and provide a suitable volume for my office.The microphone is good and I have had no complaints from anybody I have spoken to.Overall, good value for money.

Got these as I’m a lorry driver wanted a hands free kit and this is not the greatest tbh comfort not great as they rub and the hearing quality is somewhat low, the other person can hear me fine but I cannot hear that that great

Had an issue with first pair with volume button. Contacted seller and a new pair was sent straight away. Great communication and support. Battery life is awesome and I forget it’s on my ear. Great instructions, nice and clear as you will need them. Callers number comes through when phone ringing. Had up to 20 meters and it was still connected. Great product great support

The earpiece is very comfortable to wear, Quality of sound is perfect. Can be worn on either ear. I use this for my pc during video call's and also my phone for privacy.

Seemed like a nice piece of kit, but when I tried to make a call on my phone the other party couldn't make out a word I was saying. Maybe I got a bad one, Amazon refunded me and I got a similarly priced item which I now use every day for work.
