Forget helium and other costly brands. I have been buying this for my father who is diabetic. This is my 4rth time.they work very long. these 2 pairs enough to last whole year both seasons. My father is very happy wears them to office everyday. I can say at this price this is a remarkable product breatheable, bamboo cotton,no hard elastic at ends, fully cushioned, as it claims. I am happy i didnt buy those expensive helium socks for him(buy the way i buyied them for myself the ankle length ones are hopeless like net, u stretch them they get transparent) dont know about the diabetic socks from helium. These are thebest.i just hope they reduce the price more by adding more quantities like 3 or 4 pair so..

Hopeless product. Sent the used socks with no Elasticity for grip. Also dirty one .

Socks doesn't stay ,it slips down not worth it
