This is a well priced and well made travel bag and mat. The design is cute and the color/image quality is good. The case is think and works well for traveling with a warm curling iron. The mat is thick and keeps countairs /surfaces safe from a hot curling iron.

I was pleased to see how well-designed and nice this pouch is. It is for a Hot Tools Professional Artist flat iron. Though it's a good snug fit, the silicon part is tapered to slip fairly easily inside the sleeve. There's the right amount of space allowed. I don't usually need to use that part to protect my countertop, so it will stay in the sleeve most of the time. There is just the right amount of space to stash the 9' cord for this iron. Yes, there is a strong odor to both parts, but it's fading. I do like that the fabric on the outside of the pouch has enough "slip" to easily slide into an already-packed bag, much better than a felt-type I've used in the past.

I liked the choices of colors and patterns for the curling iron travel bag, and the silicone mat is an amazing idea because it can be used as a mat to protect your countertop and then you can put the hot iron inside of it as a sleeve, as well. However, the silicone mat/holder does not fit into the travel bag easily. Either the mat should be more narrow, or the bag should be a little wider. Overall, I did like the item.

Nothing to dislike. The curling iron fits into the case and the mat protects the counter from the heat of the curling iron.

Every time my wife and I go on a trip, she has to bring her hair curling iron. She always has a problem finding a suitable place to sit the thing so that it doesn't burn anything. She used to have a small fabric sleeve to put the iron into, but she has misplaced that. So when I saw this product, I knew it was the perfect solution to both issues. Now she can set the hot iron down on the silicone sleeve and when she's done with her hair, she can put her curling iron into the silicone sleeve, and then into the outer case. The case comes in many different patterns and colors, so it's easy to find one you like. My only complaint is that the silicone sleeve is an extremely tight fit into the outer sleeve. If the outer sleeve were just a bit wider, this product would be perfect. Great idea and great product, obviously the idea came from a woman. You'll love it.

I have an expensive long barrel curling iron. On my last airline flight I packed it in a suitcase pocket without a case and it broke in half. I had to buy another one and wanted to protect it when i travelled. This product did the trick in protecting my iron while traveling. It's also great you can store it immediately after use without worrying about melting anything in your suitcase. Since my curling iron is very long it does stick out a bit, but I knew that when I ordered it. Great product!

This product is perfect!

Cute product, big enough to hold a hair straightener or other hot tool. Love that you can tuck the cord inside a separate sleeve. The rubber mat that it comes with does not fit inside the neoprene sleeve at all. Both items smell horrible, like burnt rubber. Couldn’t get the smell out and when I use my hair straightener I can smell that aroma on it.

I like the material. I don’t have to worry about burning the wood or the towel

The pad came warped so half of it doesn't lay flat. Not worth the price. Straightener doesn't really even fit in the case.
