Does this shampoo contain ketoconazole and why is it more expensive than Lipogaine Big 5

I only use the big 5 because it is the same as the big 3 with 2 additional ingredients. Cant say why it would cost more. Neither contains ketoconazole. I have used the big 5 for a year now and have not needed my ketoconazole shampoo. It controls folliculitis and excessive hair loss.
