Can you apply this with a spray gun? Directions say to use a paint sponge and apply with the grain.

We used a sponge and it worked perfectly. It is thin enough to use a gun but with the detail on our teak and slat widths it would not have worked.

Can this Teak Sealer be applied using spray bottle? For teak oil, we have good results using a spray bottle and working it in w a paint brush.

what size do I buy for an 80"w x 50" d x 35" height daybed?

Will take more than a quart. You will have left overs with a half gallon. If it is outside it will soak up. Inside? You could buy the quart and just do the exposed parts fist then see how much lasts on the non exposed.
