As a licensed esthetician and small business owner, I use the 10R Dermaplaning Blades often in my treatment room, and they’ve been a fantastic addition to my services. The blades are sharp and effective, providing excellent exfoliation and leaving clients’ skin incredibly smooth. I’ve found they fit perfectly with my blade handle and are very easy to use, making my treatments seamless. They were sharp, just not as sharp as I expected. My pocket knives are sharper. However, they are thin and easily replaced.

I bought these to use with a Swann-Morton Scalpel Handle and they work amazing. I use them for various craft work or any time a super sharp knife is needed and they never disappoint. Part of the trick is to buy a high quality handle. The Swann-Morton is ideally balanced and just feels good in your hand. I previously would use an exacto knife or one of those plastic knife things where you snap off the end of the blade at the serration (which is dangerous and never breaks where you want it to). The exacto has a round handle that is difficult to orient in your hand. I can clearly see why surgeons would use these blades/handles for intricate work where precision counts. And the best news is that these are way cheaper than exacto or the break it off blade things. Try it, you'll like it !

I’m an Esthetician for 23 years these blades are dull, I had to use three blades to get thru my dermaplaning, I would generally use 1 blade, the treatment took much longer because the blade being dull!! I can’t image people would rate the blades a 5, they are not even a 1 star honestly.
