are the black with green smoke lenses dark and good for the brightest the sun gets ?

They are dark enough to handle super bright days. I shoot twice a month down range and so it's important to handle bright glares and be clear so I can make long hits and moving hits. These glasses ha my let me down yet. I have two pairs and one set is gone as my 1 year old got ahold of them and as far as I know tried to skateboard on them as the lens have a thick zeroed line on them. So yes they are great. I'm ordering another pair to replace my sons terror attacks...

How is the fit? are the considered s/m , m/l or large? do they fit tight or snug?
