This is a wonderful product, when it works. Most of the time it does not power on. I have tried several plug-in options for the USB cable including the battery pack sent with it. Very disappointed.

I wanted a portable heating wrap to use to relieve arm and elbow pain I still have after severely shattering my elbow 10 months ago. This fit the bill. It was easy to use and it helped my pain (for the 2 days it worked). I thought this was worth a try even though there had been just one review (Which was positive). I used it 3 times and then it refused to turn on. For now, I guess it's back to microwaveable heating pads and the chemical ones that need to be boiled to use again.

I was a bit overtraining recently and need to find a good heating pad to help relief the pain. Really love the cordless design of this pad. I can walk around and still carry it with me, which is different from any bulky one with a long cord.

Works like a charm, too bad it does not work like a heating pad.

The device was great until the cord stopped working and now I can't get it to stay on unless I'm holding the cord in an impossible position.
