This particular model of Gotham Steel frying pans is fantastic. I bought one for myself. Then I bought several more for others, including my boyfriend who ruins every "non-stick, fabulously durable" pan in a few months. His is still holding really well, after a year. A couple of minor nicks and scratches, but nothing like the others. Mine are immaculate after two years, and the design is gorgeous.Thick bottoms make for nice, even heat distribution. I picked this particular set because it has the most useful pan sizes, the big one is a great time saver for large meals. The high walls allow me to sauté, make sauces and stir fry, too :-).Yes, some easily burnt stuff will stick if you fry it on high temperature, but I have a surefire recipe for gentle removal - after cooking, while the pan and burner are still hot, pour warm water in it and leave it on the burner to cool off. Almost everything loosens up, and it's a cinch to wash it afterwards without scraping.Highly recommended.

I’ve tried all of the “diamond pans” which lose their coating. These are PERFECT. NOTHING STICKS plus they are very nice and durable

I HAVE TWO FULL SETS OF THESE BEAUTIFUL PANS. I DO A LOT OF COOKING AND FIND THEM VERY DURABLE. lOVE 'EM!

We have gone through so many different frying pans~ especially the nonstick variety. Ugh!These are beautiful, cook wonderfully and clean up easily. What more can you ask for?Even the bottom of the pans remain free from any evidence that they have been cooked with ~ I find that amazing! We have heard compliments from visitors and couldn't be happier!Just remember not to cook above medium heat.

I ended up not keeping these. When the set of skillets arrived, a couple of them were already scratched on the outside. I do like the way they looked but I can only imagine how long those looks last. And then I read reviews about the anti-stick feature not lasting long. I decided to return these and get a set of stainless steel skillets, one 10” and one 12” (Tramontina) for $29.99 at Costco instead.

These are the best pots I’ve ever owned.Super easy to use, easy to clean, oven safe, and overall just looks beautiful.I use butter and it is amazing. My eggs never stick and they cook so evenly. I prefer to hand wash these especially because the nonstick is so nice and it’s almost hydrophobic so the water just beads off.Brilliantly made!-only con is the bottom does tend to get dark spots, but with a glass top range it’s hard not to get them sometimes.

Pans look great and the non-stick coating performed amaizing the first three months. I use the small pan almost every day for my eggs and the mid size pan gets used on the weekends for family meals. Large pan gets infrequent use.Coating after four months of use:small pan - eggs stick to bottom, have to add more butter and peal them up.mid size pan - potatos and meat begining to stick to bottomLarge pan - non-stick coating working well (not use much)Coating after five months of use:small pan - eggs stuck to bottom, have to soak pan, chucked it into the trash!mid size pan - potatos and meat are sticking to the bottom - tried to use for eggs, but they stuck, chucked it into the trash!Large pan - non-stick coating working well, will probably chuck into trash in a couple months.

This was a gift for our daughter. We bought one pan to let her try. She loved it so we bought the set. She tossed her other pans and enjoys using the new pans. She says they are easy to use and easy to clean.

El antiadherente no sirve para pollo, pescado, huevo, milanesa de res, carne molida, quesos, todo se pega y es muy difícil despegar y sobre todo lavarlo. Lo compré el 7 de Abril, llevo 2 meses usandolo y estoy muy descontento pero ya no aplica la devolución, en verdad no los compren, no sirven.

Very good quality, and they look amazing. So far the non stick is working as expected.

One word "fab....u...lous"

How so many positive reviews? Everything sticks regardless of temp, even using oils or butter everything crusts to the bottom. Forget cooking eggs unless you.lime scrambled. Poor cooking from day one, not a scratch or mark on them and yet everything sticks. Save your money.

Nothing ever sticks to them. Best kitchen purchase I've made in a while. As with all ceramic pans, just make sure to use wooden or plastic utensils (metal will scratch) and don't heat them higher than medium heat. We also don't put them in the dishwasher since they're so easy to clean by hand... Everything just comes right off.
