CraftsOfEgypt20 Blank Egyptian Papyrus Sheets for Art Projects and Schools 8x12in 20x30cm

In the bass guitar I'm building I used this very Papyrus as the top. I put a few coats of epoxy resin over it, but I think it looks cool.

Real woven papyrus with lots of character and glorious texture.Good teaching bundle as you can feel the difference in texture and thickness from page to page.Mine arrived somewhat curled, which is to be expected considering what it is.The only "down side" is that the pages are machine cut, so they have "perfect" machined edges, as opposed to the natural jagged edges one would expect.In my package, one page had been pulled through the cutter on an odd angle. You can see it in the picture. Still usable. :)I read in some reviews that people didn't like the scent of the papyrus. Didn't smell bad to me. Smelled a bit like straw or hay. (Shocker, eh?) Darn that natural scent. :D

High quality and sturdy papyrus that came packaged well. My students loved using this for our Egyptian art history class!

This papyrus paper is wonderful to work with, I used it on a shoji screen project. value, durability all A+, the only negative is the actual dimension of each piece. while the overall dimensions do not exceed 12x16 or another of the other sizes offered, nearly 40% were well smaller than the stated dimensions. many smaller by as much as 2 inches. If the actual dimension is critical, expect to purchase more than one of the 50+ pack sizes, as those also have dimension deficiencies too. I purchased 4 packs and nearly 95 pieces were well below stated size.

The papyrus was bent on one side in order to fit into the mailer. I just hope that keeping it under some books flattens it enough so that I don’t have to cut the bent side off :(
