Relaxing sleep

Spray seems to have eased the pain in my knee. Not a cure but a relief. Delivered promptly.

Only 3 stars to begin with, but I will edit the review later if it works for my restless legs. (Nothing else has worked so far). It does have a smell to it but it's not too bad. Update. I have just updated from 1 star to 4 stars. After using it for several weeks I have noticed a difference in my restless legs. The spray hasn't eliminated the symptoms entirely but it does reduce them

I have been using this magnesium spray for a while now and it definitely helps me sleep better. I was sceptical at first but you need to use it for a good few weeks to feel the benefits. The company is brilliant. Next day delivery at no charge and the packaging is 1st class. They even scent the inside tissue. Lovely!

Great for cramps

I researched what could help me sleep and magnesium came up. I saw the advert for this company on social media. It has a very faint lavender scent. You spray it 3 times on the inside of each elbow and the back of your knees. Rub it in, give it a few seconds to dry and then off to bed. I find this spray relaxes me ready for sleep, which I struggle with. I did use a magnesium butter from another but it didn’t have the same effect and the cream smelt stale on my skin the next morning so I repurchased this. No irritation, can be used on any aches and pains.

my dad and I tried this for pain over night. we did not feel anything from it unlike other sprays that we have tried. it also made my skin itch. wont be buying again
