Broke after 6 months of light use
I am in the office using this headset only 3 days of the week and this expensive headset broke after 6 months of light use. The microphone accuracy and sound quality is not any better than earlier generation models. This headset is also significantly heavier making it uncomfortable to wear for any prolonged length of time. Would not recommend at all for the price.

Good corded option
I just wanted a headset that I can leave in my backpack for when I go to work that did not have a battery. I didn’t want to worry about charging the battery and I’m always by my computer when I talk anyway, so I opted for a corded version. I wish they made a closed over the ear model instead of the ones here that sit on your ear. Jabra makes a corded over the ear model that has noise cancellation, which works a little better for blocking out noise. But this one is more reliable and sleeker.
