Great vitamin for my 5 year old, helps her immune system. Since taking daily with ionic zinc she doesn’t get sick often. She likes the taste of the vitamin C more than the zinc

Good for those not allergic
One of my kids was allergic to this. So we don’t use it as often. It is easy to grab and give for an extra vitamin C boost when we need it (for my kids who are not allergic)
