LiftKits Women's 1.25 inch Shoe Lift Inserts

These worked perfectly for my Dingo cowgirl boots. I want to wear them with a pair of Free People flares I have that are a tad too long because my boot heels are too short. They are a bit more comfortable when I only use the 1" part and not the extender on the bottom. It's doable, but it does feel weird with the extender because it pushes your foot up the back of the shoe/boot and it will cause more tightness across the top of the foot. I think these work best in boots and for infrequent use will be fine.

It works for what it is. It fit de on your shoe and does give you some added height so for that I think this deserves at least three stars.The problem for me is compared to other shoe lifts, these hurt your feet. These are very stiff and don’t offer any support when you take a step.I tried using gel cushions for my feet so that the pain wouldn’t be too bad. It’s not immediate pain but even wearing them on a night out with the misses in heels is enough walking for my feet to hurt.Regardless they DO give you height but not much more in terms of support.I would recommend getting some insoles with better support, but if you just want a quick height boost and won’t be using these every single day go for it.

I was hesitant on spending a little more compared to the other lift kits that are sold on Amazon, but WOW, these are great. A little background, I'm barely 5'0 and have major height dysphoria in regards to my gender presentation and identity. I despise being short, but what can I do? I come from a long line of short Italians (My great-grand father and grand mother both had on platform dress shoes in their wedding picture from 1916). I like that these are adjustable and not outrageously noticeable to the people who see me every day. It wasn't like, "WOW, you grew overnight!" They don't make you feel like you're walking on stilts or anything like that, but what they do provide is a little extra confidence boost for those people who never wear heels.

Thank you for a great heel lift. I was just told, recently, that the damage to my left leg was never going to get better. After breaking my leg, 2 years ago, my left leg is still shorter than my right leg. This LiftKits Women's 1.25 inch Shoe Lift Insert made my legs so equal that when I stood up totry to walk, the feeling was indescribable. First time in 2 years that I could stand with my back straight, not need a cane and able to take a few steps. Of course there will still be a lot of work to do, seeing the muscles in my hip and leg are so weak. It still feels good to be able to stand and walk.

I use it for my work sneakers. I was tried of feeling so short. Bought these for a confidence booster. I have to be on my feet a lot at work. I walk a lot at work. With just the 1in, it feels comfortable enough, but I didn't feel a difference. But with the 1.25 in, I could be eye level with most people. But it was unbearably painful to walk and stand in after 8 hours. The balls of my feets and heel hurt the most. My shoe needed extra comfort. So I bought a gel shoe sole. I put it over the 1.25. insert. It has helped tremendously. Now I am (subtly) taller with some comfort.

I love my liftkits! The only thing is if your wearing shoes other tennis shoes or ones that will stretch they wont fit.... They obviously take up room in your shoe so if you dont have the extra room they wont fit.

I bout these because wear flats hurts my feet and I wanted to use these inserts to elevate my heel. I don’t understand how these got such high reviews. When you insert them your foot comes way out of your shoe and slips out at times. I tried using only half but there’s no padding and the holes from where the other half connects to is very uncomfortable.
