Christmas gift purchased for my child and won’t turn on.
I purchased two of these for my children for Christmas. Received them and only one came with a charger. After charging both one will not even cut on. These were the “big” gifts for Christmas now ruined. Amazon can’t get replacement out until after Christmas. Can’t give the one that works because then one child gets one and not the other. What a mess!
