Q: is there anthing rhat should be dobe immediately afrer steaming? like a cool bath etc?

Hi, thanks so much for the question. Yes, you can add our herb blend directly to your bath water if you prefer to use it that way. Make sure to put the herbs in the included filter bag for easy removal from the bath water :) Although, for maximum benefits, we still recommend steaming since it will be more specifically focused on one area :) After your steaming session, you could then use the herbal steam water in your bath :) However, this is simply our suggestions.
