As I am an older woman. my upper arms are not as attractive as they once were. Plus I have a large varicose vein from the elbow to the shoulder. I avoid wearing sleeveless dresses in the summer. Now with this little shrug, I just put it over the top of the dress and nothing on my upper arm is noticeable and it doesn't add any warmth on a hot summer's day. The mesh is a little thicker but it is still very light and comfortable and it dresses up a plain black dress and makes it dressy.

I loved the look. The opening could be a little smaller. I only had the chance to wear one time. Went to an event and left it on a chair. Was not able to go and get it back. 😔
