Haven’t used these in my workouts yet but I love that they come in different strengths and you aren’t limited to just the one! Very durable and strong material!

Very quick delivery, only thing I was a bit unhappy about was that the bands aren't as broad as I expected....can still be used effectively though I guess.....nice wee bag to keep them in included along with exercises leaflet ☺️

Ho acquistato il set di Fokky Elastici Fitness (Set di 5) – Bande di Resistenza e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. Il kit include cinque bande con diversi livelli di resistenza, perfette sia per chi è alle prime armi sia per chi si allena già da tempo e vuole aumentare gradualmente l’intensità degli esercizi. La qualità del materiale è molto buona: gli elastici sono robusti, elastici al punto giusto e non danno la sensazione di rompersi facilmente anche durante allenamenti più intensi. Inoltre sono compatti e leggeri, quindi ideali da portare con sé in viaggio o da usare a casa senza occupare spazio. Le utilizzo per diversi esercizi, soprattutto per gambe, glutei e riscaldamento prima dell’allenamento, e fanno davvero la differenza. Ottime anche per stretching, yoga o riabilitazione. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono. Consigliate a chi cerca un set completo di bande di resistenza versatili e facili da usare.
