Question 1

is the battery charger and battery included

Accepted Answer

Yes. I have bought 3 of this exact scooter for friends and family. We use them for our cruises. We’ve had no problems and never have had to have any of them worked on. The manuals tell you the trouble shooting problems and how to fix it. If you are 300 lbs or over, this is too small for you. It will carry you but the battery will not last near as long. My first one, I used for 2 years before I bought a new battery for it. I recommend the 4 wheel scooters vs the 3 wheel, I’ve seen the 3 wheel ones turn over and never the 4 wheels. Good luck

Question 2

advantages of 3 wheel or 4 wheel

Accepted Answer

Hello and how are you? A 3 wheel scooter is going to give you a tighter turning radius for in doors and to maneuver through tighter spaces. A 4 wheel will give you more stability for out doors and uneven ground and such if you have further questions we are always here to help and can also be reached at toll free 1-844-580-3371FredFamily Medical Mobility1-844-580-3371

Question 3

Has anyone used a ramp to load into a mini van without having to disassemble?

Accepted Answer

I have loaded my two carts into my Toyota Highlander using a ramp. I fold the handle down and am able to maneuver the scooter up the ramp easily.
