Gluten free!
These are good but the mushroom flavor is not very strong. I just added some soy sauce. The beef variety is much more flavorful. I’m so excited, getting closer to a GF ramen!

Both coconut and mushroom taste fine, but...
I have celiac disease and take every new product as a little win. the wife was making me jealous with her ramen bowls so now I have my own. I prefer the coconut over the mushroom but have not tried the others. Prep is quick'n'easy with packets of veggies, soup base, coconut powder and chili oil. The result is just the right amount of soup and noodles for a lighter meal. No reason that you cannot add some protein of your own, like chicken, prawns, or thinly-sliced beef. Two complaints: 1) The instructions are tiny - I can't read them without using my iPhone as a magnifier; 2) The instructions say to add water to the FILL LINE, but I don't actually see anything called a fill line, so I fill just below the top.

Flavor is terrific. It's quick & easy without spice for a change. Could be more affordable.

Yummy and easy. GF if you don’t add the soup packet (cuz soy sauce)
I’ve recently gone gluten free so it was a joy to find this easy to prepare substitute for my noodle fix. I like to add a boiled egg or other pre-cooked protein. I’ve even gone so far as to use a bone broth for extra protein. This is one of the few instant ramens I use the entire soup package. Good flavor and easy. What more could one ask for?

Very tasty instant Pho noodle soup
Local grocery stores here have stopped carrying both brands of instant pho I bought all the time. Amazon to the rescue! While I like the other brand slightly more (mostly because the bowls are larger so less chance of spilling), they cost too much. $5 a bowl? No thanks. I've had the beef and veggie flavour before so thought I'd try the mushroom, and it's just as good as the others. Good thing, since they come in a pack of 6. Happy with my order and happy to have my instant pho again!
