Great holder for glasses or sunglasses. I travel to Nicaragua often and need sunglasses to wear. I am often in and out of buildings and shaded areas. I want to remove the sunglasses but find it awkward to place them on top of my head or other location. If I place them on a table or other place I am prone to forgetting them and thus losing them. To be able to just hang them in front of me on my neck is great. The price is fantastic and probably saves a lot of money for replacement glasses. Also it is good that the end of the glasses slips into the strap, thus having the stray neatly hang around the back of my neck as opposed to having the ends, like some straps, to slip around the end of the ear piece and thus hanging over the ears, often in front of the ears. Very satisfied, great price with shipping, just bought a second pair.

I got these for my safety glasses at work which kept falling off my face every time I leaned forward. These comfortably prevent that from happening.

I needed a large larger set for my safety goggles. These were expensive and only came as a single item but I thought I’d give it a try. It does work, but I also bought some multi packs of cheaper products that work just as well. Don’t think they’re worth the inflated price I’d save my money and buy one of the multi packs of a similar item. The item itself is very nice. It’s just overpriced.

Good buy

This is a nicely done eyewear retainer cord. The cord itself is a soft & flexible material that should last a long time. It feels durable and well made, not thin and lightweight. With the rubber ends that slide on to you eyeglass frames, you can feel confident that this cord will hold up to the test of time and not snap, break or fray resulting in the loss of your expensive eyewear.

The rubber ends break off in a few mo. Otherwise they r nice, long enough to adjust to proper length & strong cord.

I used it for my sunglasses. Easy to slide on, to adjust, stays in and I don't have to worry about losing my sunglasses.

In general, these seemed to work well for what I wanted and I would have rated them higher, but about two weeks after I got mine, one side came unglued and allowed my glasses to fall off. Luckily - this time - the glasses where not scratched or lost, which would have put me out several hundred bucks for replacement prescription glasses. While some quality superglue seems to be working as a fix, I will now always have the nagging feeling the other side will fail unexpectedly in the future. I may even place a small band of black wet-weather (melt-able glue) heat-shrink tubing over the connections where the neck cord meets the eyeglass tubings to placate my paranoia... Update: Unfortunately, about a week later the other side came unglued (and I re-glued it). About a month after that, one side of the plastic tubing ruptured and I just threw these away. These probably caused my glasses to fall more unexpectedly than if I had not had them on in the first place. I have since bought a pair of the "Peeper Keeper" eyeglass neck holders and so far they seem to be a better product.

It works well with Orascoptic loupes. Great value for what it is.

I recently decided to splurge on nice sunglasses for myself (Oakleys) since I needed a new pair, but as someone who tends to lose sunglasses, I needed to protect my investment, especially as I plan on going paddling in the summer. Not wanting to pay premium for a brand name strap at sports stores, I decided to look on Amazon and gave this one a try. It fit perfectly and feels very secure.

Simple. Durable. Works as intended.
