Exactly what I needed whilst waiting for a hip replacement op my hip is bone on bone so my left leg is shorter than the right thanks perfect

These fit my size 9 UK feet nearly perfect, so I don't need to trim them. They also fit into all my footwear with no need for trimming. They are comfortable and durable. A thin innersole on the top of them will help to prolong the life. They could do with being a slight bit wider at the front for my broad feet, but apart from that, they are very good.

Great for boots above the ankle like riding boots, work boots or wellingtons but maybe not for low cut ankle footwear.

Uncomfortable but work

I bought these for a family member who felt height conscious - I bought the 3cm and 5cm. The 5cm don’t actually allow your feet to fit in your shoes so you heel can’t keep your shoe on you would only be able to wear boots with that height. The 3cm allow your feet to actually stay in the shoe but dear me- it also makes you walk like you’ve broken your legs! They’re so hard and uncomfortable your feet hurt and also the design means your balance is off and you have to stand at a weird angle when you’re walking to counteract the design and align your weight with them. It’s like Bambi legs!It’s not about practicing wearing them as you would with heels- they just make you look weird and strange especially in shorts for some odd reason!Don’t buy these- just lean into your lovely compact height! You’re lush as you are!

Great if you have back trouble and can't and can't were flat shoes.

If you're thinking of buying these, read some of the reviews here first and make sure you know what you're ordering. These work great in my boots, but if like some other customers you're thinking of sticking these in your trainers or loafers, think again. You're putting between an inch and three inches of lift inside your shoe, so your foot will sit higher. If your shoes don't have that extra inch or three at the back, your heel will be sticking out of the back of your shoe. Also, the rest of the insole will lift your foot at the front a little. Again, you need some slack in your shoe for this to work.I've put mine in a pair of high-leg boots that were slightly loose on me. There's plenty of heel coverage at the back and with the laces loosened a little, plenty of space for the rest of my foot. I've put the original cushioned insole over the top of these inserts for added comfort.With the right footwear and a cushioned insole, these are great. With the wrong footwear you'll be wasting your time and money.
