Smooth consistency
My child's immunity has improved, and they seem to get fewer colds since we started him on Aptagrow. The powder mixes well and doesn’t leave any lumps. I’m glad this drink provides him all the nutrients for strong bones and brain development.

It seems very complete in terms of vitamins, and it mixes easily with milk. However, the sugar content (over 30g per cup) is way too high. I wanted to use this as a breakfast boost before school because my kids don't like to eat in the morning, but I feel guilty giving it to them due to the high sugar content.
