OXO Good Grips Non-Stick 12 Cup Muffin Pan

This is an amazing pizza pan. We make homemade pizza, with a homemade sourdough crust, every week. This pan makes both the cooking and the cleaning a cinch. No flour, no oil, just spread that dough on the pan and nothing, not even stray pieces of cheese are sticking. Super quick and simple to wash off with a mild detergent. I cook my pizza at 475 and have not had any warping of the pan. After months of use the pan still looks brand new. Just ordered another pan so we can do more than one pizza at a time. Now I do suggest showing this pan the respect it deserves. Do NOT cut your pizza on it. There's no need. That pizza will easily slide off onto a cutting board. Give it a quick handwash with gently detergent. Love your pan and it will love you back for many pizza nights to come.

Great! Runs a little hot, but I love the results with my bread. This gave a slightly crispier crust that is delicious! Heavier pan, nice & solid feeling. Now I’m trying to buy another but it keeps selling out 😉

lorsque j'ai ouvert la boite avec le moule j'ai remarqué que le moule n'était pas conforme à la description de vente, dans ce moule il est presque impossible de faire un pain de 1 kg, j'ai fait l'esses avec un cramique de 300 gr c'est parfait je crois que 500 gr serai aussi possible. le moule est très bien et très solide c'est un peu cher pour sa fonctionnalité. Vous pouvez l'achetez mais pas pour un pain de 1kg.

It is a well made baking pan and it's very sturdy. It is a bit pricey but well worth what I paid for it. The cleanup was a breeze. It looked like the drippings from my baked chicken wings had burned the pan but it came right off as soon as the dishcloth touched it. I love my new pan.

Perfect size for use in my Toaster Oven. Doesn’t warp until 400 Deg. Perfect size for small servings. I can get 5 large cookies on it. I’ve been using for over a year. Absolutely is a not stick, as long as you don’t scratch it.
