This is very good for easing the pain from shingles, it was recommended by a friend.

Used to help with pregnancy cramps. It really helped ease the pain and after reaching the third trimester I had no leg cramps! Recommend using it every other day.

Lovely relaxing scent, very soothing as part of my bedtime routine. The lotion absorbs well and isn't sticky. Works well on my neck spasms, but doesn't seem to help my sleep issues (which is why I initially purchased). Hence 4 out of 5 stars.

I use this as its moisturises my feet and smells nice. I'm perimenopausal and sleep is erratic, doesn't work everytime.

It does what it says on the box.. had it for a week now and used it every night and it works. I don’t suffer with restless legs anymore, don’t ask me how or why but it just works. A great product and at a reasonable price. Please if you suffer with your legs at night give it a go you will not be disappointed.

Pros: - It's both topical magnesium and a moisturizing cream, with ingredients like coconut oil and shea butter. It does a good job of hydrating the skin and doesn't feel heavy or greasy. - I appreciate the fact that it contains no added scents so it's not distracting or irritating for people with sensitive skin. - It's made in the UK which is cool. Cons: - The jar seems a bit small at 120 mL. Not a good size for daily or frequent use. This is one of my absolute FAVORITE lotions. I love it on my feet before bed, or on my cramps when I'm getting my period. It's so soft, luscious and really works. It eases pain, softens muscles and smells divine - a light lavender scent. It's also not super oily which I love. I'm not even a mum, I just came across it by accident! Will be ourchasing again soon 🤩

i am subscribed to this cream because I find it wonderful for my skin. The texture is neither thick or thin, and since it absorbs quickly there is no struggle with it. I see firmness in my arms; it takes away also every itch which then disappears quickly. I love also that the cream is shipped in a glass container therefore environmentally correct too! I had a similar cream which was also good but this one wins just for the fact that it is in a glass container. Please don't change neither the formula of the cream nor the container. We must try to keep this world forward and plastic can drown us: better now than never.

Not sure how it works for everyone else, but for me and my son it works wonders. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and have been getting leg and foot cramps every night. Since using I haven’t had any. My son is 2 and we put it on before bed on his legs and feet and it really seems to help him relax and he stay asleep. He hasn’t slept a full night since he was born.(ugh!) Since using he has more restful nights than before. He will actually stay down all night. Not sure if it’s just him growing or if it’s helping he with the restlessness. I think the lotion it working it’s magic. Smells amazing and goes on like a dream. Great for massaging. A little goes along way.

This NaturallyMum Magnesium Body Lotion arrives packaged in a cardboard tube which protects the glass jar of lotion and also acts as a safety seal to ensure the product has not been tampered with. The lotion is unscented and when applied is non-greasy and absorbs quickly. It is vegan and is made in the UK. The product is made from natural high quality ingredients with no artificial colours or fragrances. The jar I received has an expiry date of 10/26. The product is claimed to help improve sleep which I have not personally experienced but they do say that it does take time to build up magnesium levels and I have been using this product for less than one month. Despite not helping my sleep patterns so far the lotion has proven very efficient at moisturizing my skin. I will continue to use the entire jar of lotion until it is finished and hopefully I will experience improved sleeping.
