These are exactly what we needed. They fit perfectly on our 2 foot x 2 foot grid. Install was a breeze. We cut the wire loom, pulled the old fluorescent fixture out, and connected the black and white wire to the respective place in the connector housing. provided. 4 stars due to couple of things. 1, the packaging as not the best. One of the connectors were pulled apart practically useless if I didn't have tools to fix it. One of the connector housing did not include the necessary screw to keep one of the wires in place. If I didn't have an extra screw of the same size, it would have been useless. 2, the connector terminal is just too small for the regular cables ran in. I understand that LED does not use as much current as fluorescent lights. I cut thinner wires out of the old fixture into about 5 inch pieces and fixed them to all the connector boxes prior to going up in the ceiling to install. It was very easy by doing this and just using wire nuts vs trying to screw in the cables from the ceiling. Besides those small things, they are very bright and white. I calculated with the power prices locally, that one of these fixtures will save me about $1/month compared to the ones I used. I bought and installed 8. Will be saving up for 13 more of these for the rest of the shop.
