Is the bezel rotating?

I saw this watch in a store. The bezel does not rotate.

Does it have a night light or does it glow in the night?

A Timex watch with a Casio box? Odd.

Apparently the pics weren't edited very well. My watch did NOT arrive in a Casio box. As a matter of fact it came in a pretty nondescript plastic box.

I want to change the band, what size do i need to get

You've probably solved it by now, but you'll want a 22mm wide watch band. I've had good luck with the 4 buckle Zulu band from Maratac/County Comm. I wasn't even able to get the velcro through the plastic loop around my wrist, but I had a spare Zulu (22mm width, 12 inch length) and it works just fine.
