Good Taste, Easy to Mix
Light taste, nice refreshing flavor, easy to mix and easy to drink. I have been using it only for couple of days so I haven’t noticed a significant change but great for the potassium intake.

Excellent and [mostly] all natural and affordable products!
First, I really like the way the company operates, their customer service and how they solicit honest feedback from their customers. I also like their overall focus on natural, sugar free products. I do have one exception and that's the use of Maltodextrin in their Fuel powder, especially since it's advertised as Keto friendly. Maltodextrin also has twice the glycemic index of sugar and will spike your blood sugar which can interrupt ketosis. While it's fine for most, it's still a highly processed artificial carb based sweetener. Still, it's much less sugar/carbs and better than your typical electrolyte supplement. This is sometimes preferred after a hard workout to some to quickly restore the body’s glycogen and glucose to get carbohydrates to the muscle cells. I've used the liquid fuel and their hang over product, and it all seems to make me feel better. The liquid fuel doesn't have the greatest taste, but, it all natural with absolutely nothing added, so it's hard to make things taste great without some flavoring or sweeteners. I would still buy all of this anytime and feel it's better than most products out there that I've used personally. And it's better priced than most making it even more appealing. I think they have a good thing going and hope to see them continue their product research, listen to their customers and make improvements (first suggestion being to eliminate Maltodextrin from their Fuel powder).

This stuff is AMAZING!
Normally, I wait a while after taking something like this to write a review, but with this product I don't believe I have to. I have lifted weights for many years and am familiar with what I need to feel good and to kill my workouts. Well, rewind for a minute --- in 2018, I lost my husband and best friend, unexpectedly. Everything came crashing down and it was like having the rug pulled out from beneath me. Not only did I lose him, but I have decided to move back to NC (from KY) and get my old job back. Thank goodness, I at least had THAT. Well, the reason I mention all this is because while I have been pretty darn healthy all of my 40 years, NOTHING could have ever prepared me for the Grief that hit and what a toll it has taken on my physically, mentally and emotionally. I was lucky I could get to work and function semi-normally, never mind "workout" - that was OUT! Well, things are slowly improving. I have tweaked my nutrition and I finally feel that urge to lift again, but my body was so damn sluggish. I have been supplementing with the basics and have decided to add this to my routine. I got my jar of Flyby today. I mixed one scoop into filtered water and WOW, I go through my old routine not too long after taking it. And, I need to mention that I don't go easy when I work out. Thank you for this product. I feel a bit like my old self again and just after ONE scoop. Words cannot express how horribly I have been feeling this past year. I was at the point where I didn't even want water anymore. Scary stuff. But, am feeling 100% better, and hoping it will continue. Thank you for this awesome product. It is PRICELESS to me.

Pick a Price and Leave It Alone
I have purchased Flyby Keto Electrolyte Powder 33 times. In my opinion, Flyby Keto Electrolyte Powder takes second place behind Keto K1000 Electrolyte Powder, with K1000 being terribly over-priced as discussed in a previous review. And while Flyby is more is more economical, it’s price fluctuates with the wind. I’ve been on keto for five years, and the hardest part of the lifestyle is maintaining a proper electrolyte balance. Keto tends to flush electrolytes and elevates the need for continuous replenishment. Over the years, I’ve found DIY potassium capsules the most economical solution, but they do not satisfy as the powdered mixes do. Flyby has a good taste and works well as a keto supplement, however, their flippant pricing is so aggravating, I often buy K1000 or Dr. Berg’s electrolyte mix instead. For example, in November of 2022, Flyby was priced at $24.97. Then, in the same month it dropped to $14.98. Two months later in January of 2023, the price increased to $15.97, and then over the next two months it went up to $17.97 and then 19.97. Currently, Flyby is priced at $24.99. This tells me Flyby is searching for the best market price for their product. Let me help you out. Set the price at $19.97 and leave it alone. Flyby will never be Keto K1000, so forget about overpricing your product like they do. Yesterday, I ordered a different brand because Flyby was $24.97. Drop the price back to $19.97 and I’ll buy it again. That’s your sweet-spot. For those reading this review to help with your buying decisions, if Flyby is under $20, buy it. If it’s over the twenty-dollar threshold, then wait. In my opinion, Flyby Keto Electrolyte Powder is the second best on the market, so long as they don't get carried away with their pricing.

Solid Electrolyte Mix
I don't necessarily struggle to meet daily recommended dosages for minerals and/or electrolytes, as my fresh fruit and vegetable consumption is relatively high, but I consume a lot of water when I train and, as a consequence, my serum electrolyte levels can suffer and my calves are often prone to cramping (also a consequence of rupturing both of my Achilles' tendons). After some searching, Flyby seemed like a good combo of price and quality. Plus, since the average American diet doesn't lack sodium, the fact that Flyby emphasizes potassium and magnesium over sodium is a huge plus. I know I can always add a sprinkle of table salt to a dish and be totally fine, so Flyby giving you that option is a huge benefit. On the downside, the use of maltodextrin, I find, is unnecessary. Using the stevia is plenty sweet enough, but I don't find that to be too much of a negative. The use of polysaccharides increases the osmolarity of a liquid, so the electrolytes are likely taken up into the bloodstream more efficiently if it's used. Secondly, I could use some variety in the flavors. I like lemon lime, so I don't complain too much, and I'm sure the company's just getting started with it, so it's not a big deal. Lastly, I see the price has climbed from $15.99 to $19.99 since I ordered in November, which I don't understand. Maybe it was a temporary promotion? Anyway, it's still a better deal than 90 percent of the other electrolyte mixes on here. Cheers and thanks for a solid electrolyte powder!
