Where can I get a carrying case for my telescope?

Purchase a heavy duty duffle bag. They come in all sizes and colors.

Is it heavy to carry around? Can you see space clearly?

It's not too heavy and I would recommend hiking any long distance with it. My kids use it to look at the moon. You can see stars and the moon clearly.

Is it easy to assemble?

Yes, it is easy to assemble. The seller gave me a manual, and I assembled it in the above order, and it only took about 15 minutes.

Can't get it to work at night. Can only see blurry light even on a clear night when moon is big and very visible to naked eye. Help?

If you can't see anything through the telescope at night, try using the telescope during the day first. Check that the telescope is working properly during the day. First, look into the eyepiece. When you look through the eyepiece, you should see a patch of white. Then, when you move your hand in front of the objective and wave it around, you should see the view dim/brighten/darker. The second part is to focus according to the manual. Check that you can see the scenery clearly during the day. If any step cannot be verified, please contact us through Amazon.
