Why is my press not swiveling?

I had this exact same issue when I got my press. Inside the swivel connection is grease. But for some reason the grease has hundreds of tiny metal balls in it. Those metal balls jammed up and made it nearly impossible to swivel the head on the press. I had to completely Disassemble the press and clean all of that old grease with the metal balls out. I sanded the swivel surfaces and replaced the grease with a standard high temp grease. That fixed the swivel problem. However the electronics in the press died shortly after my Amazon return window closed. Vevor will not respond to my warranty requests. I would recommend returning it to Amazon for a different brand while you can. Good luck to you how ever you choose to proceed.
