I recommended this to a friend the day it came in the mail.
I've been on a Keto diet for a few weeks now. I was worried the whole time that I was doing it wrong. I decided to order these because they decent reviews and I liked the idea of half the bottle being in a vacuumed tight package so they last longer. Besides being a huge motivation tool for me they work perfectly too. I tested one my my carb loving mother just to double check that they were working and sure enough hers came back negative. The seller also included a free E-book and sent me 5 tips through my email to keep me on track. I LOVE this product and I LOVE the seller. I'll be back for more.

Ketone strips
Not working for me. Quality product but inefficient. I had the same results over and over again. Yet when I finally tested my ketone levels with a meter, results where more clear and helpful. I'm not recommending strips if you're starting a keto diet. It could easily discourage you. Invest in better equipment to get a better feel at how your body works. Depending, of course, what is more important to you. And always test and see what is best for you.

Working well. First product we used.
These are my first strips to try. I wasn't sure if they worked at first, but the strips changed color after my first week. I assume because I wasn't in ketosis until the second week. My mom and I both use them.

These test strips work very well for me. If you're on a ketogenic diet and want to know if you are producing ketones, these strips should work well for you. If you are diabetic and keto acidosis is a real concern, you may want to consider a blood monitoring system as your primary means of keto tracking with these, or any other urine test strips, as a back-up means of detection.
