No joke, I love what this bowl has done for my life! No more mountains of wasted, dried out, cat food on the floor, is such a wonder! Materials seem rhey would last a lifetime, and not plastic so better fir the cat and the planet.

These are quite expensive for a cat bowl but they do help prevent mess - I don't know how she does it but with normal wide bowls the food is all over the mat usually... these help with that.

But u live u learn! I thoroughly recommend this bowl! Its ceramic, high back stops escaping food! Pair it with the guru table comes with very good slip mat. Wide shape fir whisker fatigue! Ollie approves, except when the last bit of his food gets stuck at the back of the bowl, (I used to just turn his bowl round but can't do that with this so now just scoop it to the front lol) I really like this bowl!

Highly doubt this is ceramic, but it's a good imitation, just hope it's non toxic! I keep finding black marks on it but they wipe off easily. That does not happen with ceramic. Other than that, on functionality it is fantastic! I bought it as my BSH is a messy eater and her food goes everywhere when she eats. Due to the high sides of the bowl, the food stays in the bowl and zero mess, it is hands down the best cat bowl I've ever used and have gone through many. Generous size and a wide lower front opening for food is appreciated & no whisker issues. It is also nice & shallow and aesthetically pleasing. And most importantly - the cat likes it!

My cat has a broad face, short muzzle and very long whiskers. He also loves soup. This bowl solves the problem of soup being flicked out everywhere. He accepted this bowl quickly. No mess for me to clear up now!

It develops scratches within less than five washes/uses. It is less mess yes but as other reviewer noted, food pushed far to the back, my cat just given up and left the food

I’ve been looking for a good set of cat bowls for my kitty for a while. I had the standard floor-level bowls that were perfect circle shapes. My cat would always seem to choke on dry food and stopped finishing her wet food. I did some research and discovered the circular bowls could cause whisker fatigue. I also learned that elevated bowls could help with comfort and vomiting. So I stumbled upon cat guru. I went with the ceramic bowl so that I could microwave her moist food in it after taking it out of the fridge. I also like that it helps with spills, whereas the flat design looks like the food would slide right off. I purchased the bowl with the table. Upon receiving the items, the boxes they come in are cute and simple. I like the weight of the ceramic, and it was easy to clean. It does get slippery with the soap, so be careful. The plastic cutouts on the table are a good fit for my fingers. The rubber mat the comes with the bowl also does a great job of keeping the bowl in place. I put some moist food in it right away and watched my cat eat. It seemed to be at a comfortable height for her. The bowl is also pretty wide so there is room for her whiskers. They might hit the sides occasionally, but I think it will be better than the constant contact they had with her circular bowls. I love the quality and am happy with the company. I think my cat will like this bowl too.

I was genuinely surprised how big the bowls were when I unpackaged them but these are the nicest most whisker friendly bowls ever! Not to mention they help a messy eater keep clean. I am in love with these bowls! They are adorable and really aesthetically pleasing. My cat LOVES them and she is a tough critic! 😊🥲💗

They're absolutely perfect, nice sturdy heavy ceramic/stoneware it doesn't feel like it would break even if you dropped it, grips for anti skid, large enough and flat enough to prevent wisker fatigue. They're also SO easy to clean, because they're so smooth even if there's dried food it's very easy to wash off. Its deep enough that you could use these for water or food but I've only used for wet food. They're a bit pricey for food bowls but I am very happy with them, as I know they will last my cats a lifetime and they could not be more perfect. I have the matching grey risers from this same Cat Guru brand and they just look so good together. If you do use the risers from this brand as well, the bottom of the bowl even has a lip that fits into the riser and prevents your cat from pushing it off.

They’re quite larger than I expected. My cats love them though! No more stepping on stray kibbles as they used to pick it out and eat it from the floor due to whisker fatigue. Now they eat straight from the bowl! It’s a good depth too, easily holds 1 cup of “go!” brand name kibble or 1 small can of wet food.
