I purchased this used cause it was like half price to purchase the used one. When it arrived the frame was broke right thru the middle. Like completely broke. I emailed the seller and they issued me another free of cost and told me to keep the old for parts. So I have to say, for customer service alone. 5 stars. The bike itself is great. A little small I think for the ages stated but still workable. It’s great that it has so many options on how to use it. Balance bike, training wheels, standard pedal bike. Awesome. I recommend buying this for a younger age children though, ud get the most use out of this bike. If ur child is already older, well like I said the bike is kinda small. But it is super light so small children should have no problem coasting along on this thing. The seat and handlebars are adjustable. That’s a plus. Squeeze brakes on handlebar that’s another plus. I highly recommend this bike and at the price, u totally can’t go wrong.

This 2-in-1 balance bike has been one of the BEST purchases we’ve made! The quality is impressive, it’s lightweight yet super sturdy, and I love that it easily transitions as my child grows. The 2-in-1 design makes it perfect for beginners who need confidence at first, and then it converts seamlessly as they get more comfortable riding. My little one took to it immediately — the seat is comfortable, the handlebars are easy to grip, and the whole bike is very stable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. It’s also easy to assemble, and incredibly durable (survived several tumbles already!). If you’re looking for a balance bike that will last, grow with your child, and actually help them learn to ride, THIS is it. We absolutely love it!

Not recommended it ! The chain was on & off , my son bicycle camp coach complained it & suggested us to buy other brand!! Emailed seller to replace for 2 months, still didn’t get any response yet .

Great starter bike for kids! Easy assembly and I like the versatility of pedals or not and training wheels or not. Great design! Highly recommend!

Update and rating changed from last review: The bike is sturdy. The 12 inch wheel is too big for our 2 year old. Even though it is too big, she loves it. The problem was the factory screwed on bolts were too tight and the cheep aluminum tools that came with the bike were worthless; they warped and could not do the job. Once we used real tools and had additional assistance it could be assembled. Rating changed from a 1 to a 3. Only a 3 because the return window should be longer or don't buy it until a week before it will be given. Additionally the list price was 159.00 and we were charged $179.00 with tax it was over &190.00

Sure! Here’s the updated review: I bought the 12-inch bike for my 2-year-old, and he mastered the balance bike mode in a very short time. I believe the lightweight design made it much easier for him to learn and build confidence. Because of that great experience, I purchased the 14-inch version for my 5-year-old. He used the balance bike mode for about a week, then tried the training wheels for just 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes of practice, he was already riding on his own! Another thing I really appreciated was how easy the bike was to set up. The assembly was straightforward and didn’t take much time at all. I’m extremely happy with this bike and highly recommend it to other parents. The lightweight frame, easy setup, and smooth transition from balance bike to pedal bike really helped both of my kids learn quickly!

Love this bike for our 4 year old. We got it as a Christmas gift and he was over the moon. He had outgrown his previous balance bike so we needed something bigger. I loved that this one can be a balance bike, pedal bike and has the option of training wheels. He has gotten to learn a handbrake and kickstand since we bought it. I was so grateful it is convertible because I thought he would stick to balance bike a bit longer but he LOVES the pedals now. So happy with our purchase. Handwritten note included. so sweet.

The bike is pretty descent and my 2 year old loves it. It did come with a broken pump but the customer service acted very quickly and replaced it with a new pump. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.
