Have been using this brand for last few years. Taking Vit D, B complex, Magnesium and Multivitamin. No upset stomach. Easy to swallow with no after taste. Reasonable price for natural product content.

This is a great daily vitamin supplement. It is great for hair, skin, and nail health and strength and provides a healthy amount of Vitamin C. Another plus is that it’s a whole food vitamin and can be taken without eating a full meal. Easy for taking in the morning or in the evening before bed. I would recommend this supplement!

This has quality ingredients. Obviously, vitamins and minerals are not one size fits all. This product seemed to fit the bill but the dosage might be too high for me of the iron and niacin. It is trial and error when you are sensitive and small. When I took these, I had some gastrointestinal issues; it is probably because the dose is to high for a small person like myself. I am vegan whole foods, SOS (no sugar, salt or added oils) on a totally plant based diet for life and was looking for a natural supplement to give me a boost just to cover my bases. The product appealed to me in their marketing. However, when I take it in the morning I get a niacin flush and also have iron like digestive issues and can see that I am getting backed up from it. Now the disclaimer is that I weigh 105 and am petite. That means I need a lower dose than average and I probably already get enough iron and niacin from my diet. I absolutely detest the niacin flush reaction. I also do not need 9 grams of iron from a pill. My blood-work is checked by my physician periodically. My normal levels of cholesterol and other markers are all normal. Even my D levels and B are normal the doctor was worried because I told them I am vegan. You do need to be sure to get enough B 12 on a vegan diet but too much of these vitamins might have unintended consequences. I think if you weigh 150 or above maybe the vitamin is made for average weighing adults. Unfortunately, it is not one size fits all. I will be looking for another supplement to meet my general needs to cover my bases. It probably is OK for most people but not if you are really small and eat really clean. I eat high iron vegetables like eggplant, spinach and high b nutrients like organic nutritional yeast without added synthetic vitamins. Overall if you are around an average weight or higher I would get these. It probably will make your hair and nails grow and keep you healthy! The seller was excellent. Unfortunately I am a petite adult. Take care people.

After only a few weeks I have noticed my hair and nails are stronger. It was well balanced and I am feeling better. These are some really great vitamins. I love the energy and the way my skin looks after taking them for awhile. They don't upset my stomach like other vitamins.

This is complete for me and I have been able to eliminate so many other bottles and also save money!

They are good easy swallow

I bought it first time as it seems chemicals free and full of great vitamins, however I have already found 3 defects. Damaged empty shells with yellow hard/dry build dup. Please bare in mind you might nowt get full monthly supply for the price
