Complete mix, so only add water (and oil for waffles). So easy and works every time. Brilliant for quick birthday breakfast (just throw in blueberries or choccy chips to make extra special!) or for big family brunches.

Not what I expected the texture of pancake when cooked was bubbly like a light crumpet thought it would be texture of a scotch pancake

This brand is by far the best in pancake mixes. i do prefer the flavour of the origibal one from this, buttermilk one, although this one is easier to make.
