I am not satisfied at all
After I received the item, I noticed at the bottom of the handle there is little broken. But I ignore that and started using the mug. After using a week, I noticed that when I warm up my drink in the mug in the microwave- it started leaking slowly at the bottom of the mug. I am not satisfied at all.I also bought a black color mug and that mug also has the same problem.

This is an excellent mug. I love using it for my coffee and tea.

Arrived broken
We received two broken mugs as a gift. They were sent in a mailing envelope, not boxed. They looked like they would have been nice mugs but I don’t think we’ll take a chance on replacing them.
