Best mug ever! Bought 12/2016. Just knocked off table and broke. Now I cannot replace. Has been an hour and I miss it already!Keeps coffee warm! Lid fits perfectly! Nice bottom silicone attachment. Nice sleeve of silicone! Was skeptical due to some reviews about leaking. It doesn’t leak. Clean it well and remove the lid to microwave. And as for the hole in bottom. It is needed. Just hand wash. So easy.Dang it. Want another!

Excellent quality, solid feeling mug. The lid works well and does not leak. Easy to wash by hand. Double wall works well with cold drinks in that moisture does not form on the exterior. Perfect size (12 oz), fits easily in a Keurig. Great coffee taste with ceramic, but double walls, without insulation or vacuum do not keep coffee as warm as a truly insulated cup. Works ok if you preheat mug with hot water in the microwave and let sit for 5 mins. Still searching for a cearamic mug with true insulation.

I've had it for two weeks. I use it at my office. I don't travel with it. I wanted ceramic so that it doesn't affect the taste of my coffee. And I wanted a lid to help keep the coffee hot. This mug meets those needs, plus has the double-wall construction. It's the perfect size for my office's Keurig machine at the 10 oz setting. Keeps my coffee hot. I haven't needed to microwave it yet, but I like that I have the option. The white silicon base gives it a great feeling when placing it down on my desk. Looks nice, cheerful, not too fancy.

This was a nice coffee cup for my car cup holder, however it had a tiny hole in the bottom that allows a bunch of water to get between the layers of ceramic from the outer layer and inner layers of the cup. It would then leak water in the cup holder or on me etc. So, I dried the water by microwaving the cup. The last time I did that, however, it cracked. Very disappointing.

Good, double walled mug- keeps the coffee hot longer. My husband loves it! It's also not huge, so not as heavy as some of the larger cups are.

Great mug. Keeps coffee warm. Just one problem. They are fragile. This is my third one. Just tap the lip and it minimum two pieces. One positive note, I have two extra pink sleeves that work on other containers to make them easier to hold.

Bought because tastebuds changed after sinus infection. Could no longer stand metal or plastic. Perfect for my morning commute. Keeps coffee warm a little longer than a regular wall mug.

The lid stays put better than others I've previously owned.
