This foot massager is hard on the feet, it actually hurts to use. There are controls to change the position the massagers move but no controls to change how hard and the intensity of the massage so it's just hard hard pushing the whole time. As far as the value for the money goes there are lots of massagers like this on the market but this obe was the cheapest in cost.

When I tried the massager it was very aggressive in movement and it hurt my feet - it is VERY painful to use, and my foot size is medium. When I tried to return it, the postage was between $60-$130 for postage. I have requested a postage paid return envelope from the company twice. They asked for a video of the massager. Since I had already repackage the massager - in the same condition it was when I received it - I asked them to just process a return for me. I do not want the item, would never try resell it. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

I work and walk on my feet a lot. I was in much need of some relief when I get home. This massager is everything and some. Best purchase ever.

I have difficulty using it because it hurts my feet. I can not make it less strong. As to instructions I have it set set as low as possible.

Nice product but my husband bought it for his swollen feet due to diabetes. It squeezes so hard that it hurt his feet. But enough room or adjusting to accommodate. I can use it and it works well but not good for intended use

This is the best gift since....forever! Relieves tired or sore feet, helps relax and get rid of stress and headaches. Wonderful tool to pamper the entire family! We fight over who is going to use it!

Took me 1 day to get used to it...my feet are incredibly sensitive or shall i say used to be sensitive. This machine seriously works for sore crippled feeling feet! I use it every single time I'm standing in my kitchen all day cooking. 15-20 minutes of using this all my soreness is gone♡

Instead of healing feet this thing crushes and hurts. This has been tried by various people from 10 year old size 4 to 97 year old. This massager does nothing but hurt. There is no setting to adjust the levels or anything. One expansive JUNK!!!! you've been warned.
