This is a quick product review: List of pros: - product the material is really good quality and feels soft - The screen is very responsive - It reads the data great when fastened properly around your wrist - My son is quite small and skinny but it looks really nice on his wrist which I found problematic with other smart watches I purchased in the past. Refer to the pictures I have included in this review - Battery life in our case is on average 5 days which is amazing - App was easy to install and we had no problem with pairing it with the watch List of cons: One problem I found with this watch is when fastened too tight it had bruised my son’s wrist a bit. And the reason why I had to do it that way it’s because the sensors attached to the watch were not reading the data properly when he had it done in a more lose way on his wrist. We moved it slightly up as per the pictures attached in this review and this resolved the issue but my son claims it was more comfortable to have it positioned on his wrist. Overall the watch is nice and worth the money. Personally I would recommend it.

The purple one that was ordered for one of my granddaughters never worked from the start. My daughter tried several times to get it to work. but to no avail. so had to contact the seller through Amazon and cannot fault them. they advised to try a few things. which had already been tried but tried again. and got back in contact with the seller and they sent a replacement. Now i have the 2nd Granddaughter that is really Happy. brilliant service thank you so much

The watch strap is a very good size for the smaller wrist and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Good features and seems accurate. Only down side was the battery life but the seller was Awesome and supplied a replacement very quickly and replacement battery life was much better. I would recommend. Thank you

Very nice watch, easy to set up and user friendly. My daughter loves the fact that you can change the face and have a new look and also counting the steps makes it a challenge when we go out for a walk. The customer service was very prompt in responding when I had an issue with the charging, very helpful and efficient in sorting out the problem! Very happy

Nice looking but quite chunky in depth for a little wrist. Function list as described but poor choice of faces as surely this is something easy to add. I bought my husband a £12.99 smartwatch and it had loads of faces to choose. Most disappointing aspect is the poor battery life. Lasting about 3 days. And quite slow to charge so can't just do it quickly in the morning. I sent him to school with 24% battery thinking it should last till he gets home. He came home annoyed as battery died by lunchtime. There is also no warning. Accuracy is okay. I would say it undercounts steps. Surely a child would do more steps than an adult on a walk but he did 800 less than me and he was running around too. Takes a long time to connect to the app. Each time I look it has to be reconnected which can take ages. Would have sent back but it was from Santa so can't.

I bought this watch because of all the good reviews but we were very disappointed with it. The battery lasts about 35 hours with the heart rate monitor feature on and less than 60 hours with all features switched off and brightness set to minimum. As soon as the battery reaches 5% the watch switches off and all settings reset to factory settings until it's connected to a phone again. Even after it connects only the clock will adjust automatically but I still have to set all the personalised settings my child prefers. And there's the app, which has so many issues. After each use I have to uninstall and reinstall in order to make it work again. As soon as I come off of it and I want to go back, it's just buffering, white and black screen alternative lights up. I have android phone. On the top of all the issues it's also super simplistic for my 8 year old. It's definitely doesn't worth the money. Or maybe I just got a faulty watch.

I brought these off recommendation from a friend for my girls for their birthday. After charging and giving to my daughter I found the charge went quite quickly and was not happy. But messaged and had a very quick reply back with some suggestions. Very helpful customer service. I turned the heart rate monitor off and it now lasts for almost a week. Charging is very quick only 2hrs. My children state its easy to use. I love seeing how they slept and setting them goals.

Great all round fitness tracker for kids. We've bought a few different brands over the years, and this beats the Fitbit Ace as the screen is better and more colourful. Easy for me 9 year old to use. Vibrating alarm great for school mornings. Brilliant customer service. Only criticism is that is does not seem sensitive enough to pick up all my daughters's steps. But for the price this is a great item and I would recommend above the fitbit which I feel is overpriced for the functionality it gives.

Je vous partage mon expérience très satisfaisante avec Biggerfive : Cette montre était le cadeau de Noël de mon fils de 10 ans. Mon fils voulait qu'elle mesure les pas, la fréquence cardiaque, avec chronomètre, réveil, ect... (comme papa ;-)) La montre Biggerfive Vigor 2 répondait aux critères pour un prix abordable. Depuis, mon fils ne la quitte plus. En Octobre, nous avons eu un soucis avec le bracelet, il s'est détérioré et mon fils perdait le boitier électronique. J'ai donc contacté directement Biggerfive pour acheter un nouveau bracelet et j'ai laissé un message sur le chat. 2 jours après j'ai eu un mail de Biggerfive, s'excusant de ce désagrément et me demandant le N° de commande Amazon avec quelques photos expliquant mon problème ainsi que mon adresse. Je leur ai communiqué les informations demandées et le lendemain je recevais un mail pour s'excuser à nouveau et me disant qu'ils m'envoyaient un nouveau bracelet. Quelques jours après, et avant la date prévu, j'ai reçu un colis Amazon avec, non pas un nouveau bracelet, mais une NOUVELLE MONTRE ! MERCI beaucoup à Biggerfive, BRAVO ! Si tous les fabricants pouvait être aussi sérieux ! J'ai personnellement une montre de marque Finlandaise, avec le point rouge... Lorsque j'ai demandé le remplacement de mon bracelet, on m'a répondu que c'était du consommable et lorsqu'elle est tombé en panne quelques semaines après la fin de la garantie (en plein 1er confinement), on m'a répondu que la garantie était finit et que en plus je devais payer pour récupérer ma montre... Bref, eux, ils ont perdu un client. C'est tellement rare d'avoir un Service après vente qui soit sérieux, que je voulais vous le faire partager.
