I have been struggling with forearm pain after a couple of really intensive golf training sessions. It was diagnosed as a golfer elbow syndrome, so I went on searching for anything susceptible to help apart from medication. I am now a happy user of SPARTAN STRENGTH tennis elbow brace. The braces came with instructions, and so far they are holding up well. They are easy to care for and working out very well for tendonitis. Why I like it: - It works. You need to place the cushioned pad exactly where you feel the pain and it reduces the pain instantaneously. I was amazed! - It is very well built. The velcro straps are holding brace in place very well and do not seem to attract any lint or dust. - It is one size fits all. You can adjust it with the provided straps. - You get a pair. You can use one for workouts and another for daily use. - Excellent customer support. The owner will contact every buyer individually to send him the pdf E-book on how to use the product. Also they answer any questions really fast. I don't think these braces will wear out soon, but when they do, I will reorder them again. These braces deserve five stars for ease in use, comfort, and durability.

It is well made for sure, however I only wore it for one day as the affected area hurt a lot more during the day I wore the band. Then I decided that I wouldn’t wear it anymore. The interesting thing was that the second day my elbow hurt much less and I felt that my tennis elbow was almost all gone. I don’t know why really. Maybe this elbow band cured my tennis elbow?!

First I don't want to scare you off from Sparthos products. I have other Sparthos products and all prior had had been very good. This one however has a design flaw. The strap and velcro are identical in width. No matter how careful you are at trying to get them to line up some of the velcro along the edge will catch the fabric of a compression sleeve below and fray it. I got the thin version so maybe getting the thick solves the problem. If not wearing a compression sleeve under might work just fine for you.

Finally. After a year of never-ending aches and pain, I found something that has really helped. No, it has not cured my sore elbow area. But this Spartan elbow band has improved my elbow soreness to such an extent that I hardly notice it anymore. Before I tried this support band, I used to feel pain even when doing small tasks, like lifting a glass of water or turning a door knob. Carrying a grocery sack, basically lifting anything weighting more than a few pounds was iffy at best. I tried the exercising, stretching, heat/cold, several pressure bands, ibuprofen to alleviate the pain. Relief was always of short duration. Well, this Spartan Strength band has been amazing. After receiving the braces I put one on my right arm and immediately felt an improvement (I watched youtube videos on how to properly place it on my arm). Painful things I used to do were not so painful anymore! Within a few days (3-4) my elbow didn't seem to be as sore. I can now spend 6-8 hours working in my studio, sometimes without the elbow band. Usually, I wear it for a few hours, then take it off. My life has been vastly improved.

This was a great price for some sleek-looking braces which provided me with the relief that I was looking for in the gym. After about 3-months of using these for only about 4-hours a week in total, the velco on one of the four areas (each brace has two areas of velcro in order to provide a very customized fit...) has failed, and I am not sure why. These will be going back after I connect with the manufacturer to see if they will stand by their 1-Year Warranty! I want to say that the Sparthos Team has sent me a replacement due to the aforementioned issues and all is well! This is a great company which stands by their word and their products.

Though the products were just in the box and fell out. They appeared to be used to me. I needed them so I just kept them. I feel at least they should have been in plastic or something, also simple instruction on putting them together properly. I'm a 54 yr old woman and I do not play any sports. I eventually got it after getting YouTube instructions mostly. Reasonable price for 2 pack (new). Very helpful until physical therapy appointment. Recommended ✅

The bands are very stiff and difficult to adjust - sorry but not worth the price!

I bought this product because I have tennis elbow. After more than a week of use, the effectiveness of this brace is not obvious.
