I love these! I purchased them directly from the site after reading about them in a magazine but then purchased a second month through Amazon because the price was the same and shipping was faster. At first it's a little weird the way they pop in your mouth and I wasn't sure I liked the flavor at all. And then you chew the shell. But after trying them for a few days.... I'm hooked! I now crave the flavor and I like chewing on the shell. I haven't taken them for quite a month yet so I'm not sure about the great things they are supposed to do for hair and nails and such but I really like them and enjoy taking them over my pill vitamins! I will definitely be purchasing these again.
