The ingredients of this shampoo are: Water/Aqua/Eau, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamide DIPA, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, PEG-16 Macadamia Glycerides, Polyquaternium 10, Linum Usitatissimum Seed Extract, Sodium Gluconate, Glucose, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Fragrance/Parfum, Limonene, Benzyl Benzoate, Linalool.

How often should i use this product?

I use it twice a week and have dry hair with no problem. I follow shampooing with my usual products: olaplex 6 conditioner and use conditioning products before blow drying. My hair is manageable, meaning it isn’t dry!

Is this safe for colored treated hair?

Yes, both my daughter and I have highlights and lowlights in our hair. Also, my youngest daughter had non permanent color on her hair. This is a great product. They have purple shampoo as well, leave on conditioner and many, many other products for us "hard water" users, ugh. Good luck!

Does it help with hair growth?

I don't think so. Biotin helps with hair growth.
