It does what its supposed to do!
It functions fine and sits nicely and stealthily behind the Sonos speaker and is flush attached to the wall – I like how well it blends in with the speaker - see photos.The process to install can be a little tricky if you’re not an expert in DIY as I’m not, but really, it’s not too difficult once you work it out from the instructions. In use, it is so good when you want to alter the direction of the sound with very little discernible resistance. It's durable and seems quite sturdy.It met all the expectations and was delivered on time.

How safe is it?
Works perfectly fine, just doesn’t feel like it holds it that securely. They’ve been up for awhile and so far no issues. Unlikely anyone will be touching them, so I’m sure I won’t fall on someone’s head.
