Das ist mit Abstand der beste Käsehobel, den ich je besessen habe. Ob junger, weicher Gouda oder ein kräftig gereifter Old Amsterdam – dieser Hobel gleitet mühelos durch jeden Käse und liefert hauchdünne Scheiben, ganz ohne lästiges Kleben. Besonders clever: Die obere Hälfte des klassischen Designs wurde einfach weggelassen. Eine kleine Änderung mit großer Wirkung – simpel, funktional und absolut überzeugend.
