Why did my product arrive half empty?

How do I use this product?

Dampen the included foam applicator in warm water. Use damp sponge to apply silver foam directly to your tarnished silver. Rinse sponge as needed to cleanse of tarnish. Repeat until all tarnish is removed and silver is gleaming. Rinse and dry item.

Is this product safe for all silver types?

Yes, Goddard's is safe to use on all silver, including sterling silver, silver plate, and antique items.

Can this polish scratch my silver items?
