Originally ordered this for my daughter. Package was very late, then apparently lost. But seller contacted me to apologise and organised a replacement to be sent straight from warehouse, and followed up with a second message. Very good service!! And when the hoody did arrive, was very pleased with it. Print is lovely and it has a soft lining.
