Greenland Home Thalia Quilted Bedding Set, 2-Piece Twin/XL, Tango, One Set

I bought this gorgeous all cotton quilt in a twin size for one of our unused bedrooms that has a twin bed. Everyone that has seen it mentions how beautiful it is. I own 23 quilts. This one is well made, especially for the money. I like it so much I just ordered another in full/queen size. These quilts represent money well spent. I love its colors and beauty. It is soft and pure new cotton. There are two narrow velvety strips on the top side that are not cotton, a tiny percentage of the quilt. This is definitely a no buyers remorse sweet item to own.

Recently, I was setting up a second smaller home for myself. I wanted something brighter, as I thrive in colors. I love all of the colors in this quilt because it goes with everything, and I can use a variety of sheet color choices. The quilt is light weight, but substantial enough for either summer or winter… especially because in winter I add warmth with a blanket and flannel sheets. The quilt is just as pretty folded and gracing the foot of my bed over a white coverlet. It’s also surprisingly soft, as I often play with my newborn grandbaby on the bed, or do tummy time on the floor. I would never put him directly on it if there was anything irritable about the fabric. Oh, I forgot to mention that I also really enjoy the complementary pattern on the reverse side. This is a fantastic price and truly looks like I spent a lot more money. I’m sure I will treasure it for years to come. (It also has a surprising stripe of purple, which is my absolute favorite color)

I love this quilt. I have one on the bed now, one side wore out due to dog use, so I just flipped it over and will put the new one on when this side is torn. So pretty, nice selection of colors, not patchwork. There is a little strip of a velveteen fabric, and I like that. Pillow sham is nice too.

This is the second time I have bought this spread. The first purchase was a queen size, went on a beautiful antique bed, and fit perfectly. I love the textures (like the velvet stripes), variety of widths of the stripes, bright colors and that it is reversible. The pillow shams are also very well made. Perfect weight. And very easy to accessorize with because everything goes with it. So....I just bought the same quilt again but in a King. All the positive points of the first one still apply to this second quilt but I was very disappointed that it is a little smaller than its advertised 95 x 105. But what I received was just shy of 94 x 103.75. So it doesn't really cover down the sides of the bed to the bottom of the mattress (my mattress is 12" high). However, I am going to keep it and just buy some kind of down comforter to go under it to make up for the difference. I ordered several different quilts that were a much better size, but they weren't nearly as well made or true to the color of the advertised picture. I am still a happy camper!

I'm very happy with this quilt. It is cheerful and bright without being "busy" in my opinion. The colors are vivid and after a cool water wash and line dry I detected no shrinkage or fading. The quilt overall seems well made. It is light weight, perfect for summer and with a med weight blanket will do nicely for winter sleeping. I'd have given this 5 stars except for the fact that while generously sized for a full or double sized bed, (90"X90") it is just a wee bit small for a queen, and my mattress is not one of the deeper size style. The quilt is barely adequate in it's drape on the sides. It is short enough in length that I can't get a nice sized turn back to show off the inside color and pattern. If it were a 95 W" X even 95L" it would have been perfect and 5 stars. Overall, its a very nice quilt, color is good and I am pleased.

I purchased the Twin XL to use like a throw when I'm on the recliner. It's 68"W × 88"L and perfectly covers me head-to-toe. I love the vibrant colors and that it's 100% cotton, except for 2 narrow strips of polyester velvet on the front. The quilt has lots of stitching, from front to back, securing the inner batting; and it has a crinkly texture (like potholders, same thickness too). I washed it on cold & dried it on low, and it retained it's colors & shape (washing had no impact on crinklyness, presumably because this was prewashed/preshunk during manufacturing). I'm very happy with this purchase. Worth noting, is it's made in China for the Chino, California based Greenland Home Fashions brand. I bought this thinking I was supporting USA made products. I lose respect for companies that outsource manufacturing. That said, if somebody went to China and brought me this as a souvenir, I'd cherish it forever. It's a beautiful & well made quilt.

This quilt is comfortable and warm and fits well. Unfortunately, one of the corners was not sewn well and the fabric has become frayed where the stitching was missing. This wasn't noticed until 13 days past the return window.

This is exactly what I was looking for, a lightweight quilt in a contemporary design, a queen size. Very satisfied with this purchase because it is 100% cotton, no polyester filling. Perfect for the summer.
