I love the rich traditions of my Faith, including the idea of Latin, having been used in our history as a unifying language. I love the idea that, wherever you might have traveled in the world, you could go to the local parish, and everyone would, literally and figuratively, be on the same page. But, I grew up right when everything really started changing, so am only vaguely familiar, at best, with Latin. This book just really helps me elevate my private prayer time so much. I just love it.
