NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE
You cannot expect it to last more than 10 days longer. At first 2-4days they are quite good but after that, all of the heads come out of nowhere. Extremely dissatisfied with this product and another thing I have experienced with both products which I have earlier bought and then replaced due to the same issue. I request you if you want to buy something like this please invest your money somewhere else rather buying this crap.

Great tool for finger exercise
I’ve gone through most of the reviews and I do not find any issues, adjustment of resistance is working fine. I’m using it cause my fingers got twisted and doctor suggested it.I’m satisfied with the product 👍🏻

Fairly good
This is the first time I have gotten something like this. I needed this to improve my finger strength for playing guitar. So far it's working fine for me. It is nice that they have provided the option to adjust the resistance provided by each cylindrical piece. I felt it was a tad bit costly at the given price though.

It's good for climbing purpose, if you use computer for typing purpose and you feel stressed aftter using keyboard or and you want to relax or increase endurance of fingure by few more time , you can use this fingure hand grip. This product is helpful for students also who do work at last day of vacation just like me. I used this product for more than 3 months per day no complaint about it.

This is certainly a good product
I have used this project for awhile, the design, built quality and ergonomics are good. I had seen some negative reviews for this product, and I am sure they may be talking about some defective pieces.

Used and one Non functional spring
Used product inside the package. Not sure how the product would function if it were new. One of the springs is hard and doesn’t work

Good for injured and old people
A good product for exercise of fingers. Good for guitarists and persons with injured hands. Old people will also benefit. Not required for young and fit people.

I am glad to have this palm exerciser ,it is easy to get exercise of all the fingers and thumb of both the handuseful item good for senior citizens
