Love this stuff

This is my second bottle and I use this on everything. Meat, chicken, shrimp etc. It has a very nice kick without being overpowering and raises the flavor level of whatever you're cooking. My heat tolerance may be subjective. I can eat very hot food, but this is not at the level of Thai spice, so that should give an idea of the spiceness of this product. I will buy more when I finish this.

The seasoning is great and deserves 5 stars. I originally received expired seasoning, but Todd personally sent me another 8 bottles of seasoning at no charge and apologized about the expiration mix-up, showing that he truly cares about customer satisfaction.
